Large Tier/Mid-Market Onboarding Manager

About the role

Albi is looking for an experienced, highly organized Large Tier Onboarding Manager to lead onboarding for its mid-market and enterprise clients. The role ensures that larger, more complex restoration businesses move smoothly onto the Albi platform, acting as the main point of contact from contract signature through go-live. It involves multi-stakeholder projects, training sessions and change management across several locations, with frequent travel (70-80%). The team works in an in-office-first setting, with four days a week at the Oak Brook office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex, multi-location onboarding projects for mid-market and enterprise clients
• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for end users and leadership teams
• Engage senior stakeholders (owners, executives, admins) and field users
• Influence adoption across diverse teams and drive change management
• Work with Product, Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to adoption

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in client onboarding, implementation or project management within SaaS or technology solutions with mid-market accounts
• Ability to travel 70-80% of the time to client locations across the U.S.
• Self-starter who can work autonomously and solve problems proactively
• Experience in the restoration or construction industry is a strong plus

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and project management tools (HubSpot or similar)
• Managing timelines, dependencies and multiple concurrent onboarding projects
• Identifying and implementing process efficiencies at scale
