Landscaping Sales Specialist

About the role

Hiner Outdoor Living, an award‑winning landscape architecture and construction firm, is seeking a Landscaping Sales Specialist to join its growing sales team. You will work directly with clients to translate their outdoor vision into functional, beautiful landscapes while driving revenue for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients on‑site to understand their landscaping vision, preferences, and functional requirements.
• Present design concepts, prepare accurate estimates and quotes, and schedule pre‑ and post‑job walk‑throughs.
• Generate leads, cultivate strong client relationships, and actively engage in sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of design plans and project delivery.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in the landscaping or construction industry.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and sales‑mentality skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of plants, plant materials, and landscaping techniques.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
