About the role

Golden Ocala Golf & Equestrian Club is seeking a skilled Landscape Technician to join its premier horticulture team. The role focuses on maintaining elite property standards across the club’s grounds, ensuring a luxury environment for members and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate a full range of commercial landscaping equipment, including stand‑on mowers, zero‑turn mowers, blowers, hedge trimmers, string trimmers, edgers, and other hand and power tools.
• Maintain all assigned equipment in pristine, operational condition.
• Execute high‑quality grounds maintenance with an eye for detail, reflecting the club’s luxury standards.
• Take proactive steps to ensure the property consistently meets operational excellence.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, upholding professionalism, honesty, and integrity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in horticulture, commercial landscaping, or grounds maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture standards and processes used in estate or golf‑course maintenance.
• Ability to work efficiently outdoors in all weather conditions year‑round.
• Excellent time awareness, ability to follow complex directions, make decisions, and solve problems on the job.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
