About the role
Gardens of Babylon Landscapes, which has offered specialized garden design, interior plants and organic maintenance since 2003, is looking for a Landscape Maintenance Team Leader in Nashville. The company focuses on eco-friendly products and sustainable landscaping, and each staff member helps make the city greener.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the team with a positive attitude and communicate policy changes, start times and job objectives
- Maintain a culture of safety and supervise all maintenance care service activities of the crew
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Install, maintain and fertilize trees, shrubs, flowers and lawns
- Mulch beds with shredded bark mulch and pine straw
- Track project hours and/or job receipts
- Operate landscaping equipment
Required profile
- Landscape experience
- Ability to lift 40 lbs continuously
- Valid driver's license
- Able to work in many weather conditions, including rain, heat, cold and snow
Required skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
