Fine Gardening Team Leader

About the role

Gardens of Babylon Landscapes offers specialized garden design, interior plants and organic maintenance since 2003, with a focus on eco-friendly products and sustainable landscaping. The Fine Gardening Team Leader performs a wide range of landscape and maintenance tasks on residential and commercial properties, with a focus on crew supervision. The role works independently and within a team, with some customer interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead with a positive attitude and maintain a culture of safety
• Supervise all maintenance care service activities of the crew
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Keep daily projects on schedule
• Be a team player who pitches in where needed

Required profile

• Knowledgeable in horticulture
• Valid driver's license and a qualifying MVR for company auto insurance
• 1+ year of supervisory experience
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
• Willingness to apply herbicides
• Ability to work in many weather conditions, including rain, heat, cold and snow

Candidates must test for CAT3 certification within the first 60 days of employment. Applicants complete a short online survey as part of the hiring process.
