About the role

Join the Labor and Delivery team at Indian River Hospital, a Cleveland Clinic Health System facility on Florida’s Treasure Coast. This night‑shift RN position provides direct, compassionate care to mothers, babies, and families throughout the birth experience.

Key responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care, implement and update patient care plans, and monitor patient conditions.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments, document physician and nursing orders, and coordinate discharge needs.
Educate patients and families on postpartum care and newborn health.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
At least one year of acute‑care RN experience or equivalent military RN experience.

Required skills

RN licensure and active registration in Florida.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Experience in acute care or labor & delivery settings.
