Korean Bilingual Business Analyst – Finance, Operations & Supply Chain

About the role

We are seeking a Korean‑English bilingual Business Analyst to support finance, operations and supply‑chain functions for a global consumer electronics business. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting and turning large data sets into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Manage department budgets, forecasting, closing processes and variance analysis using SAP or similar ERP.
• Create and publish performance reports, dashboards and KPI visualisations for finance, operations and supply‑chain teams.
• Coordinate supply, inventory and production schedules across headquarters, factories and account teams.
• Analyze large datasets, conduct scenario modelling, and support ad‑hoc financial and operational analysis.
• Act as liaison between business and IT, gather requirements and lead system‑setup and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain, Data Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0–8+ years of experience; candidates at entry, mid or senior levels are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Korean fluency highly preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modelling) and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP (CO), WMS, Access, SQL.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Proficiency in Outlook and general Microsoft Office suite.
