About the role

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, serve food, and handle cash‑register payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store and kitchen areas.
• Follow operational standards and safety procedures to ensure fresh, quality food.
• Work efficiently in various stations – front counter, drive‑through, or kitchen.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals in a positive atmosphere.

Required profile

• Friendly, helpful attitude with a willingness to learn.
• High school education or equivalent; operations experience is a plus.
• Ability to meet physical demands such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lb, and working in hot, noisy environments.
• Effective verbal communication and adaptability to a dynamic setting.

Required skills

• Food preparation and handling.
• Cash register operation.
• Food Handler certification (may be required by local regulations).
• Use of a Chinese cook knife and standard kitchen equipment.
