Kitchen Supervisor – Temporary Assignment

About the role

Our client, a boutique hotel in Atlanta, is looking for an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join a high‑volume, upscale hospitality property on a temporary, task‑force basis. The role lasts approximately 90 days with potential to extend or become permanent, offering a fast‑paced environment where you will support daily kitchen operations and uphold food quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support kitchen staff during daily service, working hands‑on alongside the culinary team as needed.
• Assist with food preparation and execution across restaurant, café, and banquet operations.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, consistency, and timing.
• Help culinary leadership with menu planning, inventory, ordering, and supply management.
• Ensure stations are properly set up, maintained, and prepared for service.
• Monitor and enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Troubleshoot operational issues during service and keep the kitchen organized and efficient.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional culinary or food‑service experience.
• Previous kitchen supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong hands‑on cooking skills with ability to work multiple stations.
• Experience in an upscale restaurant, hotel, or high‑volume culinary environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
