Kidstyles Attendant

About the role

The Kidstyles Attendant supervises children aged six months to 12 years in the Kidstyles area of the Bath Health and Wellness Center, ensuring a safe, fun environment while parents remain on site.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and conduct activities in Kidstyles, on the Rock Wall, and special programs such as camps, parties, rentals, gymnasium activities, and holiday events.
• Enforce center and department policies, including hand‑washing, cleanliness, and safety procedures.
• Maintain order and discipline using appropriate behavior‑management techniques.
• Prepare activity areas, keep accurate records, handle monetary transactions, and perform daily cleaning duties.
• Promote department programs by building relationships with children and families to maximize participation.

Required profile

• Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Experience working with children in daycare, teaching, or recreational settings (preferred).
