Kids Academy Trainer

About the role

The Kids Academy Trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate engaging training programs for children and families within the Topgolf environment. This role combines curriculum development with hands‑on facilitation to ensure participants receive high‑quality learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organize training programs and workshops for the Kids Academy.
• Develop curriculum and learning materials for a variety of courses.
• Facilitate training sessions and deliver dynamic presentations.
• Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Provide guidance and support to participants throughout the training.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Maintain training records and collect participant feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field.
• Proven experience in curriculum development and training delivery.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Instructional design proficiency.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Familiarity with training evaluation methods.
