Key Lead - Seattle Premium Outlets

About the role

The Key Lead ensures every customer receives a quality in-store experience at the Seattle Premium Outlets store. Acting as Floor Supervisor, the person guides and coaches Brand Reps and Stock Associates so that store operations run smoothly and the team achieves daily sales targets. The schedule varies weekly, with at least 12-16 hours per week expected, Saturday and Sunday availability, and longer hours during peak times.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems
• Fulfill omnichannel orders
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales
• Build and maintain visual displays
• Analyse reporting to inform decisions
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent
• 1 year of retail experience preferred; supervisory or management experience not required
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred
• Strong customer focus, interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of current fashion trends
• Energetic, outgoing, adaptable and flexible, able to balance multiple tasks
