Key Lead - Crossgates, Hollister

About the role

The Key Lead at the Crossgates Hollister store acts as Floor Supervisor and is part of the store leadership team. The role ensures every customer receives a quality in-store experience by guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates so that store operations run effectively and daily sales goals are met.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems
• Fulfill omni-channel orders
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales
• Build and maintain visual displays
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent
• 1 year of retail experience preferred; supervisory or management experience not required
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred
• Availability on Saturdays and Sundays and certain holidays, with 12-16 hours per week expected and more during peak times
