Key Lead - Battlefield Mall, Hollister

About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring a Key Lead for its Hollister store at Battlefield Mall in Springfield. The Key Lead acts as Floor Supervisor, guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates so that store operations run smoothly and customers receive a quality in-store experience. As part of the store leadership team, the role drives store performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyse reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• One year of retail experience preferred; retail supervisory or management experience is not required.
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred.
• Availability on Saturdays and Sundays and certain holidays, with a schedule of at least 12-16 hours per week, increasing during peak times.
