Brand Representative - Springfield Town Center

About the role

Abercrombie Kids is hiring a Brand Representative at its Springfield Town Center store. Brand Representatives bring the store experience to life by engaging customers with care, representing the brand authentically and helping create a welcoming environment for everyone.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming and attentive service to all customers, anticipate their needs, start conversations naturally and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Support product replenishment and keep the sales floor clean, organized and visually consistent, including folding, hanging and sizing merchandise.
• Process purchases, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently while keeping the checkout experience friendly.
• Support omni-channel orders such as Save the Sale, in-store pick-up and ship-from-store orders.
