Key Lead - American Dream

About the role

The Key Lead at the American Dream store acts as Floor Supervisor and is part of the store leadership team. The role ensures every customer receives a quality in-store experience by guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates so that store operations run effectively and daily sales goals are met.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems
• Fulfill omni-channel orders
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales
• Build and maintain visual displays
• Analyse reporting to inform decisions
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent
• 1 year of retail experience preferred; supervisory or management experience not required
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred
• Availability on Saturdays and Sundays and certain holidays, with 12-16 hours per week expected and more during peak times

• Adaptability, flexibility and ability to balance multiple tasks
