Key Lead - American Dream, Abercrombie Kids

About the role

The Key Lead ensures every customer receives a quality in-store experience at the American Dream store. Acting as Floor Supervisor, the role guides and coaches Brand Reps and Stock Associates so that store operations run smoothly. It is part of the store leadership team, driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyse reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent.
• One year of retail experience preferred; supervisory or management experience is not required.
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred.
• Availability on Saturdays and Sundays and certain holidays, with 12-16 hours per week expected and more during peak times.
