Key Holder – Mall of America (Bloomington, MN)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated Key Holder to join the team at the Mall of America in Bloomington, MN. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help deliver an exceptional shopping experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store, ensuring security and operational readiness.
• Assist customers with product selection, fitting, and checkout.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor organized.
• Support inventory management by receiving, stocking, and moving merchandise.
• Coach and train team members on Levi's selling practices and customer service.
• Help achieve sales targets and drive performance initiatives.

Required profile

• Positive, customer‑focused attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible retail hours.
• Must be 18 years or older.
