Key Account Manager - Foodservice - Coffee Chains

About the role

The Key Account Manager will drive sales of our foodservice products within coffee chain operators and large distributors. This position involves building strong relationships, prospecting new high‑volume customers, and supporting the market with product expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with foodservice distributors, brokers, and operators.
• Travel to customer sites to build relationships and promote company products.
• Prospect new large‑volume customers and identify opportunities for product placement and distribution.
• Develop and manage a broker network.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Negotiate pricing and promotional activities.
• Provide product training, demonstrations, and technical assistance.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activity.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to share field insights.

Required profile

• 5+ years of foodservice sales experience.
• Established relationships with large operators in Florida.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Independent worker who can also collaborate within a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Effective time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of multitasking.
• Residency in or willingness to relocate to Broward County, Florida preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Gmail and Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets).
