About the role
The school is seeking a qualified K-12 Art Teacher to deliver high-quality art instruction across elementary, middle, and high school grades.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver instruction covering artistic concepts, media, and instructional practices.
- Build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
Required profile
- Hold a valid NYS teaching certificate in the appropriate tenure area.
- Thorough knowledge of the art field and instructional practices.
- Demonstrate initiative, creativity, enthusiasm, and sound professional judgment.
- Understand student development and the needs of learners.
- Previous classroom teaching experience preferred.
