About the role
Greenberg Traurig is seeking a Junior Tax Associate to join its International Tax Practice in Miami. The role involves supporting private‑client matters that span cross‑border income tax, estate planning, expatriation, and pre‑immigration tax planning.
Key responsibilities
- Assist individuals with U.S. cross‑border income tax and estate planning.
- Provide guidance on expatriation, pre‑immigration tax planning, and inbound/outbound tax strategies.
- Support a broad range of private‑client issues within the International Tax Practice.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of experience in private‑client tax matters.
- LL.M. in Tax and strong academic credentials.
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, high maturity, attention to detail, and ability to manage a demanding workload.
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese and prior law‑firm experience preferred.
- Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission.
