Junior Sales Representative - Southern California Region

About the role

Anatomage, a global leader in 3D medical imaging and visualization, is hiring a Junior Sales Representative for its Southern California region. The role meets and exceeds sales objectives for all products in a defined territory by acquiring new customers and deepening relationships with selected educational institutions and the broader health education community. Candidates must live within the Los Angeles metropolitan area.

Key responsibilities

• Grow sales in the assigned territory, focusing on educational institutions such as medical schools, colleges and high schools.
• Sourcing and qualifying new leads through cold calling, networking and attending industry events.
• Building relationships with superintendents, professors, deans and teachers to understand their needs.
• Working closely with a Senior Outside Sales Representative in the territory.
• Demonstrating products, addressing client concerns and closing deals.
• Maintaining relationships with existing customers and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Staying current on products, industry trends and competitors, and traveling 25-50% to trade shows and client meetings.

Required profile

• 4-year bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably health sciences.
• Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience, prior sales training and a documented track record of achievement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, organization and time management.
• Willingness and ability to travel 25-50%, living near a major airport.
