Junior Recruiter – Hybrid (NY, 3 days onsite)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to lead the end‑to‑end hiring of contractors and temporary staff across technology and business functions. Based in New York, the role operates on a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remote, reporting to the HR / Talent Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contractors and temporary hires, from intake to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of contractor candidates in New York and other U.S. locations.
• Source candidates proactively via LinkedIn, job boards, agencies, referrals and local networks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, timelines and priorities.
• Coordinate with staffing agencies on rates, terms and service level agreements.
• Track all activity in the ATS/HR systems and provide regular status updates.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance on contract terms, extensions, renewals and off‑boarding.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience focused on contractors or temporary staffing.
• Experience recruiting for tech and/or corporate roles in the U.S. market.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Based in or near New York and able to work onsite three days per week.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.
