Junior Real Estate Development Manager

About the role

Circle K is hiring a Junior Real Estate Development Manager in San Antonio, Texas. The role is a driver's learning path to become a Development Manager, working on gas station sites in an assigned market.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to network development plans and analyse traditional gas stations for an assigned market.
• Learn to negotiate and structure land lease and purchase transactions.
• Coordinate with construction and marketing departments to obtain interior design and construction costs.
• Prepare and present complete submission packages for each site to senior management for review and approval.
• Organise real estate market tours and take part in due diligence and admissibility processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and perform other duties as required.

Required profile

• 6 months with Circle K as an Analyst or equivalent.
• Completed a minimum of 5 MAPs.
• Willingness to travel to the assigned market twice a month and attend monthly meetings in person at the RMBU office.
• Good team player, self-motivated and autonomous, able to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Driver's licence and good driving record required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organisational skills.
