Junior Creative Strategist

About the role

HYPE10 is seeking a passionate Junior Creative Strategist to help develop and execute innovative creative campaigns for digitally native brands. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to blend creativity with data‑driven strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative brainstorming workshops with clients to generate ideas aligned with brand identity and direct‑response goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate client objectives, market trends, and audience insights into strategic creative plans.
• Partner with graphic designers and video editors to produce engaging content for paid media platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
• Analyze campaign performance data, identify optimization opportunities, and refine creative tactics for maximum impact.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients, managing relationships for up to five brands simultaneously.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a creative role within an agency or similar environment.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and performance‑marketing dynamics.
• Strong creative vision that aligns with business objectives.
• Collaborative mindset and a keen interest in staying current with digital marketing trends.
