Jr Performance Marketer - AI Technology

About the role

In this role, you will support digital marketing campaigns that build awareness, attract customers and drive measurable growth for AI-powered products and services. You will work closely with marketing, product, sales and data teams to plan, launch and optimise campaigns across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of performance marketing campaigns for AI-powered products and services.
• Help manage campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, email and other digital platforms.
• Assist with campaign setup, audience targeting, budget tracking and quality checks.
• Monitor performance, prepare regular reports on traffic, conversions, CPA and ROAS.
• Use data and platform insights to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Support testing and optimisation of ad copy, creative assets, landing pages and audience segments.

Required profile

• Some experience in digital or performance marketing, including internships or projects.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels such as paid search, paid social, display or email.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with spreadsheets and interpreting data.
• Good written communication skills and ability to adapt messaging.
• Organised, able to manage tasks, deadlines and competing priorities.
• Curiosity about AI and technology products.
