About the role

Stryker is hiring a Joint Replacement Sales Associate in Sacramento, California. This is a field-based position for confident, competitive and results-oriented salespeople who help increase Joint Replacement sales by supporting the sales teams, growing their own accounts and identifying new customers.

Key responsibilities

• Increase Joint Replacement sales by assisting the sales teams and building your own accounts, working with existing customers and identifying new ones to grow your territory.
• Communicate with current and new Joint Replacement customer accounts on topics such as product updates, changes to the product portfolio and educational programs.
• Develop selling skills and processes through coaching and mentoring support from Joint Replacement Sales Representatives and Managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships; experience with surgeons and hospitals in the area is beneficial.
• Comfortable in emergency and operating room environments.

Required skills

• Knowledge of current office technologies (MS Office suite, databases, etc.).

What we offer

• Salary of $75,000 - $85,000, with possible eligibility for commission and/or bonuses and benefits.
• Travel percentage of 10%.
