Joint Replacement Sales Associate

About the role

Stryker is hiring a Joint Replacement Sales Associate in Victoria, TX, a field-based position within a sales team. The associate supports the marketing and sales of Stryker products by covering cases and performing evaluations in surgical and office settings, monitoring territory development and helping the Sales Representative exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist confident, competitive and results-oriented salespeople in promoting and selling Stryker products.
• Conduct product evaluations in operating rooms and offices.
• Support business development, track territory progress and communicate with Sales Representatives.
• Solve product problems onsite and educate medical staff.
• Maintain sample inventory with strong time management and build lasting client relationships.
• Learn and hone selling skills through coaching and mentoring from Sales Representatives and managers.
• Be available on call evenings, weekends and holidays for urgent technical needs.
• Complete required trainings and certifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, or an Associate's degree or medical certification (e.g. CST, PT, CPT) with at least 2 years of related experience, or a high school diploma with at least 4 years of related experience, or 4 years of active-duty military service.
• Valid driver's license and fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs, with occasional exertion of up to 50 lbs and constant exertion of up to 20 lbs.
• Handling of instruments that may have been contaminated by blood or other bodily fluids; OSHA safety measures are provided.

Preferred qualifications

• Medical-related field background.
• B2B sales experience with a record of achieving ambitious goals.
• Demonstrated team leadership experience.
• Sales or marketing internship, or collegiate extracurricular experience showing discipline, teamwork and leadership.

What we offer

• Salary of $65,000 to $75,000 plus bonus eligibility and benefits.
• 50% travel requirement.
