Jewelry Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Jewelry Marketing Coordinator supports the North America Jewelry business by executing brand strategy and handling day‑to‑day operational tasks. The role works closely with product managers, distribution networks and corporate teams to ensure smooth launches and continuous market insight.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support to the Jewelry Product Marketing team, handling requests, reporting, ad‑hoc sales analysis and updating marketing tools such as product news and launch plans.
• Coordinate the Jewelry Ambassador Community, collect network feedback, conduct quarterly GIA inventory checks and monitor e‑commerce content.
• Maintain market and competitor knowledge by completing jewelry training, reviewing competitor activity, researching luxury trends and monitoring public pricing.
• Assist product managers on projects, build presentations, prepare Excel reports and contribute to brainstorming sessions for the Jewelry Action Plan.
• Develop collaborative relationships across Cartier NA, HQ and other 360‑degree colleagues, proposing ideas to improve team efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, merchandising or business analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and project timelines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and computer skills.
• Ability to coordinate transversal projects and work with cross‑functional teams.
