About the role

Charter Schools USA is seeking an IT Technician to ensure the reliability of its technology environment across multiple schools. The role blends hands‑on technical support with system maintenance, helping educators and staff focus on student success.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain availability of critical and non‑essential business systems.
• Provide on‑site and remote customer support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Monitor support tickets, identify trends, and escalate larger‑scale problems.
• Assist the supervisor with issues beyond the technician’s skill set.
• Implement and test disaster‑recovery and prevention procedures.
• Participate in training programs to enhance technical proficiency.
• Stay current with technical literature and best practices.
• Follow all safety, federal, state, and company policies.
