IT Technician – Support for TYR Sport & Swimwear Anywhere

About the role

The IT Technician will serve as the first point of contact for all technology‑related issues across TYR Sport and Swimwear Anywhere, ensuring teams can work efficiently without disruption.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level to advanced support for workstations, servers, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Maintain WAN/LAN connectivity, configure routers, firewalls, VPN and remote desktop services.
• Monitor and respond to alerts from the remote monitoring and management (RMM) system.
• Handle service tickets in the ITSM tool, logging time and expenses accurately.
• Assist end‑users via phone, email, and on‑site visits in the greater New York area.
• Document configurations, assets and solutions to build a shared knowledge base.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and discovery sessions with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Experience supporting core business applications and operating systems in a retail/e‑commerce environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an IT team and across departments.
