IT Support Specialist

About the role

Terraboost Media is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join its fast‑growing retail media team in Naperville, IL. The role focuses on delivering front‑line corporate IT support, especially onboarding new hires and securely off‑boarding departing employees, while also providing field digital assistance for Chromeboxes and Skykit devices.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain repeatable onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Configure, deploy and inventory laptops, desktops, printers, AV equipment and peripheral devices.
• Provision user accounts in Active Directory, Azure AD, Google Workspace and business‑critical applications.
• Set up email, MFA, SSO and VPN access for new employees.
• Deliver IT orientation sessions and document procedures.
• Retrieve, wipe, redeploy or securely decommission hardware during off‑boarding.
• Support field teams with Chromebox and Skykit deployment, remote troubleshooting and cross‑training.
• Assist with general IT projects, office moves and infrastructure upgrades.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills and a process‑driven mindset.
• Ability to collaborate with HR, Facilities and Digital Operations.
• Excellent communication skills for delivering orientation and documentation.
