IT Support Engineer – Level 1

About the role

AVEVA is seeking an IT Support Engineer‑1 to provide end‑user support for its Philadelphia office and collaborate with a global team using a follow‑the‑sun model. The role involves handling incidents, onboarding, device management and contributing to automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and support incoming incidents and requests through ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with teams via Microsoft Teams to resolve issues and support new‑hire onboarding, employee exits, and PC‑refresh cycles.
• Maintain Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS and Android devices using Microsoft Intune/Autopilot and provide health‑checks for AV and network equipment.
• Track ticket volumes, metrics and KPIs, and contribute to automation and workflow improvements.

Required profile

• 2+ years of IT support or End User Services experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience supporting users in office and remote locations with multicultural awareness.
• Proficiency with an ITSM tool such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Strong communication skills for supporting both field engineers and senior executives.
