IT Support Associate II – Operations Technology Solutions

About the role

The IT Support Associate II joins Amazon Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) to provide on‑site and remote technical assistance across multiple facilities. You will troubleshoot a wide range of IT equipment, support end‑users, and help maintain the technology backbone that keeps Amazon’s fulfillment network running.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handle support requests and follow procedures across the network.
• Assist in training new hires on technical processes.
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies.
• Support customers in multiple buildings and remote locations.
• Travel within the local or regional area to provide on‑site assistance.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems.
• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Strong customer‑service orientation in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 lb, stand or walk up to 12‑hour shifts, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
