IT Support Analyst I

About the role

Concurrent Technologies Corporation is seeking an IT Support Analyst I to provide first‑line technical assistance to employees across the organization. You will work in a collaborative, customer‑focused environment, helping engineers, researchers and business professionals keep their systems running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for end‑users, logging and tracking basic technical issues related to desktops, applications and networks.
• Diagnose and resolve routine problems using standard software tools, and escalate more complex issues to senior staff.
• Perform desktop support tasks such as installation, maintenance, troubleshooting of operating systems and user applications.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and workstations and document all work performed.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of customer service in a computing environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems and common application suites.
