IT Project Manager

About the role

The IT Project Manager will lead technology projects from initiation through delivery, working closely with business and IT leaders to ensure successful outcomes. This hybrid position (3 days onsite) supports Seattle Children’s mission by coordinating resources, managing risks, and communicating status across internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, define, and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, scope, and deliverables.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, manage issues and risks, and facilitate business decisions.
• Prepare and deliver project communications and status reports.
• Maintain resource plans and actively manage assigned staff to meet project timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Math, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of overall project management experience.
• At least 2 years of experience managing IT projects.
• Experience with system implementations, budget management, and vendor coordination.
