About the role

This position serves as the first point of contact for users of the Financial Accounting Management Information System (FAMIS) within the Texas A&M University System. The incumbent will manage production requests, oversee report distribution, and provide day‑to‑day technical support for FAMIS, HRIS, and payroll reporting tools.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process routine and complex FAMIS production requests from 24 business offices and 20 purchasing offices.
• Schedule, monitor, and maintain program job streams and report distribution software.
• Perform quality control on production output and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide expert support for the Laserfiche report distribution tool.
• Escalate and resolve incidents across multiple offices, coordinating with FAMIS Help, Database Administrators, and programming staff.
• Maintain flexible work hours to accommodate varied production schedules.
