About the role

Join the team that keeps EOS connected, secure, and ready to scale. As Team Lead Network Engineering you will lead an international team of six Network Engineers, shape the technical direction of a multi‑region AWS network, and set standards for secure, scalable, and cost‑efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define technical direction, priorities, and quality standards while staying hands‑on.
• Design, evolve, and operate multi‑region AWS network infrastructure.
• Establish and enforce standardized processes for IaC, change management, and incident response.
• Translate strategic goals into executable technical plans with Infrastructure, Security, and business stakeholders.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and evaluate engineers through regular 1:1s and clear growth paths.

Required profile

• At least 8 years of professional experience as a Cloud, Infrastructure, or Network Engineer in enterprise environments.
• Several years in a senior or lead capacity, preferably leading a distributed international team of five or more.
• Strong communication skills in English across time zones and cultures.

Required skills

• Deep AWS networking expertise.
• Enterprise networking protocols such as BGP, IPSec, SD‑WAN, L2/L3.
• Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools, e.g., Terraform.
• Automation mindset and high engineering standards.
• Experience with enterprise firewalls (e.g., Fortinet) and cloud security best practices.
