IT Business Analyst

About the role

The IT Business Analyst will modernize legacy HR systems by migrating them to cloud‑based solutions such as Workday HCM. The role involves extensive configuration, testing, and integration work across multiple Workday modules.

Key responsibilities

• Define business processes and gather requirements to transition legacy HR systems to Workday HCM.
• Configure Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Talent, and Performance modules and develop testing strategies.
• Develop complex reports for system link identification and integration version updates.
• Design data conversion strategies from POS systems to ERP applications.
• Create a global security framework and domain/business security policies for Workday HR.
• Build calculated fields, evaluate expressions, and handle FLSA, payroll, and absence calculations.
• Set up tenant and localization for HCM and Payroll modules.
• Develop BRIT reports using Workday Studio, configure Prism, and automate tests with TOSCA, Jenkins, and Jira.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% to client locations across the United States.
• Based in Alpharetta, GA.
