Invoice Management Analyst / Specialist

About the role

The Invoice Management Analyst supports the Corporate Advance function by providing technical and operational assistance for the ICE Invoice Management system, invoice workflows, fee codes, business rules, reporting, and issue resolution. This remote role ensures accurate classification, control, and recovery of servicing‑related expenses within mortgage servicing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support for ICE Invoice Management workflows, fee codes, and system processes.
• Maintain fee codes, classification logic, routing rules, and system data.
• Research and resolve invoice issues such as coding errors, workflow exceptions, and system rejects.
• Identify and document system issues, rule gaps, and classification discrepancies.
• Assist with testing and validation of system updates, rule changes, and enhancements.
• Maintain documentation for fee codes, business rules, testing results, and issue tracking.
• Support control monitoring activities, including reviewing exceptions, aging items, and data‑quality issues.
• Prepare and contribute to reporting and control activities.

Required profile

• Experience with invoice management processes, preferably in a mortgage‑servicing or corporate‑advance environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail for identifying and resolving coding and workflow issues.
• Ability to work under guidance and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with fee‑code maintenance, classification logic, and routing rules.
