Job description
About the role
Range is looking for an Investment Operations Lead to own the full operational lifecycle of member investment accounts, from application through funding, investing, rebalancing and ongoing transactions. This individual contributor role will report to the Head of Investment Operations and may evolve into a team‑lead position as the company scales.

- Drive end‑to‑end automation and process improvements, not just propose them.
- Connect daily operational work to Range’s strategic goals and flag needed evolutions.
- Serve as a licensed point of contact for members and a resource for escalations within Investment Operations.
Required profile
- 8‑10+ years of experience in investment operations, brokerage operations, or comparable financial‑services roles, independently handling most core functions.
- Proven track record of training, mentoring, and building repeatable processes or automation.
- Deep familiarity with custodial or clearing platforms and core brokerage workflows, with sound judgment on approvals and escalations.
- Series 24 license (required); FinTech, RIA, or broker‑dealer experience is a plus.
- Clear written and verbal communication, comfortable speaking directly with members and senior leadership.
- Interest in eventually managing a team while delivering strong individual contributions today.
Required skills
- Series 24 certification
