Inventory Planning Supervisor – Supply Chain

About the role

The Inventory Planning Supervisor will lead procurement and order processing for spare parts and accessories across the Caribbean and LATAM markets. This position focuses on forecast accuracy, purchasing, and inventory balancing through advanced analytics, not on warehouse counts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end procurement function for parts and accessories in LATAM and the Caribbean.
• Execute SCM tasks in line with SOPs, resolve issues collaboratively, and deliver measurable results.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality, timely customer service.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
• Analyze supplier performance, develop improvement strategies, and ensure vendor compliance.
• Monitor product launches, anticipate shortages, and proactively address supply‑chain risks.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in operations, purchasing, supply‑chain management, or logistics distribution.
• Proven experience managing a team.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (data modeling, VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
