Warehouse Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join Bosch’s logistics team. In this position you will handle daily shipping and receiving activities, operate material handling equipment and ensure safe, accurate movement of parts and products within the warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks (order picker, reach truck, sit‑down) and hand‑held RF scanners on a daily basis.
• Prepare parts and materials for shipment, verify quantities, pack items and load trucks.
• Receive inbound shipments, unload trucks, inspect for completeness and damage, record paperwork and move goods to proper storage locations.
• Maintain a constant safety mindset to prevent injuries and equipment damage.
• Participate in special tasks such as 6S initiatives and other continuous‑improvement activities.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Valid OSHA certification for powered industrial trucks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, fractions).
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.

Required skills

• Use of hand‑held RF scanning devices.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
