About the role

The Interventional Radiology Technologist – Neuro works on Cleveland Clinic's Main Campus, supporting vascular surgeons and an interdisciplinary team during minimally invasive neuro‑vascular procedures. This full‑time, days‑plus‑call position offers the chance to develop expertise in a high‑tech, patient‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize sterile or aseptic technique to scrub in and assist with vascular, interventional, and surgical procedures.
• Educate patients about procedures, equipment, and exams to ensure understanding and cooperation.
• Monitor and record procedural data, including injection details, fluoroscopic time, and equipment performance.
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment, ensuring timely repairs and clean operation.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• Registered Technologist credentialed by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and in good standing.
• Current state licensure as a Radiology Technologist.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Required skills

• Proficiency with X‑ray and fluoroscopic imaging systems.
• Knowledge of sterile technique and vascular interventional procedures.
• Understanding of contrast agents, drug indications, and contraindications.
• Ability to interpret cross‑sectional anatomy during procedures.
