Interventional Cardiologist

About the role

Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking an Interventional Cardiologist to join its Heart and Vascular Institute in Allentown. Key responsibilities

• Perform cardiac catheterization, percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), peripheral angiography, and related interventional procedures.
• Utilize advanced devices such as Impella and intra‑aortic balloon pump (IABP) in acute cardiac care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence‑based treatment and contribute to clinical research and trials.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and outcomes in line with LVHN’s recognized quality metrics.

Required profile

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology.
• Valid Pennsylvania medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Recent fellowship graduates are welcome to apply.
• Commitment to collaborative, patient‑focused care.
