Internet Sales Representative

About the role

Victory Automotive Group, a family-owned dealer group operating since 1997 with more than 50 locations across the United States, is hiring a full-time Internet Sales Representative in Albany, California. The role handles incoming sales and service inquiries and supports the Sales and Service departments with clerical and administrative work.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, process and coordinate sales inquiries, showroom floor requests, service requests and internet queries
• Manage sales and service appointment queries by scheduling, confirming and following up on appointments
• Coordinate questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel
• Track sold vehicles and hot sheets, confirm special order parts and follow up on phone and internet sales leads
• Perform administrative assistance, manage paperwork and records and prepare forms and reports
• Attend staff meetings, trainings and educational classes as required

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar position such as administrative, clerical, call center or customer service
• Working knowledge of automotive sales and service
• Pleasant, courteous personality, professional appearance and work ethic
• Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills, able to stay calm under pressure
