International Account Manager – Remote (North America)

About the role

As an International Account Manager at Asiacruit, you will lead the development of overseas customer networks and execute go‑to‑market strategies across selected regions. The role combines sales execution, risk management, and team leadership to drive growth in global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic market entry plans, including selection of direct sales, distributors, agents, and strategic partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with large state‑owned enterprises, government‑backed entities, and major engineering projects.
• Identify and engage potential customers through exhibitions, B2B platforms, LinkedIn, chambers of commerce, and government agencies.
• Monitor political, macro‑economic, and supply‑chain risks, creating contingency plans and negotiating contract clauses.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a regional team of up to ten people, providing coaching and performance oversight.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; overseas study experience preferred.
• 5+ years of international sales, key account management, and team leadership in cable‑related or related industries.
• Proven ability to develop new markets from 0‑to‑1 and manage complex international contracts and payment terms.
• Fluent English; Mandarin mandatory; additional languages a plus.
