Integrated Campaign Manager

About the role

Fast Horse, an independent creative communications agency based in Minneapolis, is hiring an Integrated Campaign Manager. The role sits at the centre of the agency's work, helping ensure the overall success of projects and acting as the voice of the client. Candidates should have 4-8 years of communications or advertising agency experience leading accounts and projects, and a deep knowledge of integrated campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Support Integrated Team Leads in executing integrated campaigns and projects with budgets of $500K-$2 million.
• Work cross-functionally to bring innovative client campaigns and marketing initiatives to life across all channels.
• Keep work on brief, on budget and meeting established KPIs.
• Build a deep understanding of clients' business and needs.
• Work closely with Project Management and Integrated Producers to ensure campaign quality and efficiency.
• Help ensure every deliverable meets the highest standard of excellence.
• Assist with developing agency materials such as pitch decks, presentations and recaps.
• Stay on top of industry trends to inform pitches and client conversations.
• Identify opportunities and challenges early and bring unsolicited ideas and solutions.

Required profile

• 4-8 years of communications or advertising agency experience leading accounts and projects.
• Deep knowledge of all facets of integrated campaigns.
• Strong grasp of strategy, creative and amplification (paid, earned and owned media).
• Willingness to uphold Fast Horse values and act as a thought leader for its proposition.
