Intake Sales Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish) Remote

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Intake Sales Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential personal‑injury clients. Working remotely, you will combine sales expertise with legal intake to convert qualified leads into signed cases.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Conduct high‑quality intake calls, gather case details and assess client eligibility.
• Build trust quickly, use consultative selling techniques and overcome objections.
• Guide prospects through the onboarding process and close contracts.
• Document all interactions and lead activity in the CRM and case‑management system.
• Coordinate with legal and intake teams to ensure smooth handoff after signing.
• Maintain organized files of contracts, supporting documentation and intake‑related records.

Required profile

• Confident, sales‑driven and highly persuasive communicator.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and motivated by results.
• Ability to ask probing questions, listen actively and build rapport quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of the sales process.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM and case‑management software.
