Installation Support Technician – Inside Sales

About the role

The Jr. Sales Assistant role supports senior sales staff by handling product orders, quotations, and customer communications for builders, contractors, homeowners, and architects.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, verify and submit accurate product orders using the Quoting Management system (PQM) and Salesforce.
• Prepare activity reports for management and maintain accurate documentation of customer communications.
• Assist senior sales assistants with lead follow‑up, order changes, and customer service inquiries.
• Manage recovery processes for shortages or damaged products and coordinate sample deliveries.
• Support architectural services requests and occasionally cover showroom or event representation.

Required profile

• Ability to learn and understand company product offerings, quoting system, and related procedures.
• Willingness to work variable, non‑traditional hours and meet company safety standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Quoting Management system (PQM).
• Experience using Salesforce CRM.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
